Brandon: Former Army Ranger & Personal Trainer
- CrossFit Level 2 Trainer
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer
- NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
- 10+ Years Training Experience
- 2× Guinness World Record Breaker
Brandon served nearly eight years in the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment with the 3rd Ranger Battalion, rising to Staff Sergeant and leading a Ranger squad. The standard there was simple: show up ready, every single day.
After the Army he put that discipline into strength and endurance, and into the record books. In 2019 he set the Guinness World Record for most pull-ups in 24 hours with 7,715. In 2022 he did it again with 1,300 muscle-ups in under 21 hours at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum. Both attempts raised money for veteran and first-responder nonprofits.
Today Brandon brings 10+ years of training experience, CrossFit Level 2, NASM Personal Trainer and NASM Nutrition Coach certifications, and kinesiology studies at Columbus State University to every client, from youth athletes to fellow veterans.
